NewJeans continue to pile up their feats on Spotify!

Sought-after K-pop girl group NewJeans has reached a new milestone on the world’s largest music platform, Spotify, through their latest hit track “OMG.”

According to Spotify’s report on April 29, “OMG” by NewJeans was played 301,242,550 times as of April 27. It has been 115 days since the music was released.

In addition, NewJeans’ pre-release song “Ditto” achieved the same number of streams in 126 days. Notably, “OMG” shortened this by 11 days, proving the steep rise in their global popularity.

On the other hand, New Jeans has placed 5 out of 7 songs released so far on Spotify in the ranks of billion-dollar streaming. Other than “OMG” and “Ditto,” “Hype Boy” and “Attention” were played more than 200 million times, and “Cookie” exceeded 100 million times.

NewJeans is a five-member group under ADOR. Consisting of members Minji, Hani, Daniel, Haerin, and Hyein, the well-loved rookie girl group made their grand entrance into the K-pop scene in August 2022. With only less than a year since their debut, the group continues to rake achievements left and right and remain strong on the music charts.

Congratulations and keep it going, NewJeans!
