SEVENTEEN Dominates Gaon Weekly Charts With “Semicolon” + 2nd Music Show Win For “HOME;RUN”

Gaon Chart
Showing another proof of their strong music presence, SEVENTEEN’s Semicolon earns triple crowns on Gaon Chart.
Their special album Semicolon, respectively holds the No.1 spot of Gaon Album Chart, and Gaon Retail Store Album Chart. Moreover, its title track “HOME;RUN” soars the No. 1 spot of Gaon Download Chart.
Oricon Chart
SEVENTEEN proves that they are immensely popular not just in South Korea, but also in Japan. According to Japan’s largest music sales website Oricon, Semicolon ranked No. 1 in the Weekly Overseas Album Chart (October 19-25). Moreover, it holds the No. 2 spot in the Weekly Total Album Chart with 95,797 converted sales point.
Hanteo Chart
According to Hanteo chart, SEVENTEEN’s special album Semicolon, has recorded initial sales of 932,054 copies, earning its No. 1 spot for the Weekly Album Chart. Soon after its release, it immediately ranks first in 12 overseas iTunes charts and climbed up the Top 10 of 38 regions.
Prime Minister Award
SEVENTEEN was recently awarded the prestigious Prime Minister Award at the 2020 Korean Popular Culture and Arts Awards.
Taking both global and local scene with groundbreaking performances, the 13-member self-producing act received the prestigious citation for widely promoting the excellence of K-Pop at the forefront of the Korean Wave.
Music Show Trophies
SEVENTEEN took home their first music show win for “HOME;RUN” in Show! Champion on October 28. Not long after, they secured the second music trophy in M Countdown.
