SEVENTEEN will heat up the stage, making fans’ summer season unforgettable by joining the lineup for two Japanese music shows!

Charming boy group SEVENTEEN is about to grace Fuji TV’s 2021 FNS Song Festival Summer and TBS’ Music Day 2021. They will join some of the biggest and well-respected Japanese artists to create a memorable and astounding episode.

On July 10, Pledis Entertainment announced the group’s participation in the yearly events through SEVENTEEN’s official Japanese Twitter accounts.

Fuji TV Japan also released a special clip of SEVENTEEN enthusiastically inviting fans to stream the show at home.

While donning blue and white ensembles, SEVENTEEN attracted the attention of global fans who patiently waited for their future schedules.

This marks their third appearance on FNS’ Music Festival since last December 2020, wherein they performed their hit Korean song, “Home;Run.” SEVENTEEN also gained love and support for their performance of their Japanese track “24H” last August.

RECENT FEATS AND ACCOLADES

Expectations are now rising regarding what kind of image and performance the dazzling group will show, especially with their recent admirable feats for Your Choice.

SEVENTEEN’s recent Korean work also bagged a total of 1,364,127 initial sales. It was also recognized by the Recording Industry Association of Japan (“RIAJ”) as an album with a Gold Disk Platinum certification.

This accolade gave the group their fourth “million-seller” title, since their past three albums namely An OdeHeng:garae and Semicolon also managed to accumulate more than a million sales.

The phenomenal boy group was able to score the 15th spot on the prestigious Billboard 200 chart with Your Choice, while also dominating iTunes and other local music charts in South Korea.

The 2021 FNS Summer Song Festival will air on July 14 starting at 6:30 PM KST via Fuji TV’s local channel. Meanwhile, Music Day 2021 will grace the small screens on July 17, specifically on TBS’ channel starting at 2 PM KST.
