Stray Kids Strikes 100 Million YouTube Views With “Back Door” Music Video

Phenomenal boy group Stray Kids recently unlocked a brand-new achievement on YouTube with its latest hip track “Back Door”!

JYP Entertainment’s prized boy group Stray Kids continues to attain amazing feats as its latest hit has garnered 100 million YouTube views.

On December 3, the group’s music video for their latest Korean single “Back Door” has officially hit the 100-million mark on YouTube.

This becomes Stray Kids’ third music video to hit the said impressive count, following “MIROH” and “God’s Menu”.

Remarkably, the dazzling group was able to reach the milestone in just over two months after its triumphant worldwide release.

The feat also became a fitting present for the group who recently won the Best Music Video Award at the recently concluded Asia Artist Awards, which took place in November 28.

With these numerous accolades, the 8-member group further proved their massive global popularity.

A GAME-CHANGING COMEBACK

On September 14, Bang Chan, Changbin, Minho, Seungmin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, and I.N. let fans to enter their unique world  with “Back Door.” It is the title track of their first repackage album IN生 (“In Life”).

Featuring various sounds from different genres, the album expresses the group’s desire to continue living without inhibition.

Moreover, the boys’ electrifying title track also features trap beats and R&B breaks which compliments Stray Kids’ powerful raps and vocals.

Shortly after its release, IN生 swept the top spot on iTunes Top Albums charts in at least 23 countries. Meanwhile, “Back Door” also ranked first on iTunes Top Albums charts in at least 23 different countries, including the United States and Australia.

With aims to uphold their reputation as one of K-Pop’s powerhouse groups, their recent album has also achieved 233,381 first week sales.

Further proving their artistry, Stray Kids also raked two consecutive wins on South Korean music shows with “Back Door.”

Through their unique and enthralling concept, “Back Door” has also been chosen as one of TIME Magazine’s Best Songs of 2020, making Stray Kids the only K-Pop act to be included in the list.

Delighted for the milestone, Stray Kids recently uploaded an acrostic poem using the word “Back Door” as a way of thanking STAYs for their huge and continuous support.
