Super Junior’s Donghae And Eunhyuk Say They’re Proud Of Former Groupmate Henry

By  |

Super Junior’s Donghae and Eunhyuk prove the group’s brotherhood as they talk about their former member Henry.

During an interview for the Super Junior sub-unit D&E’s comeback, members Donghae and Eunhyuk talked about former groupmate Henry Lau. The two made it clear that there were no hard feelings regarding Henry’s departure from the group and their agency in April.

“We don’t feel hurt at all,” the duo said, adding that they were proud of Henry for pursuing his own path. The former SuJu member had since established his own personal studio in China after leaving SM Entertainment earlier this year. Henry had also gone on solo projects and partnered with The Cre8tive Lab, a new Korean agency.

“He is someone who have his own dreams and knows what he wanted to do, so we’ve always cheered him on. I hope that he gets to do more of the things he wanted to do and that everything goes well for him,” Eunhyuk said.

Eunhyuk also revealed that they’ve been following Henry’s solo career as well. “I think he’s been doing a great job pursuing his ambitions through both variety programs and music. Seeing that makes me feel proud of him,” he expressed.

He made another confession by recounting a recent conversation between him and Henry, proving that they still keep in touch.

“During a recent video call, he told me that he missed me. For some reason, I started tearing up,” Eunhyuk shared.
