Charming soloist Taeyeon delivered an early Christmas gift to her fans with the announcement of her forthcoming comeback next month.

SM Entertainment confirmed on November 20 that their prized singer will be returning to the K-pop scene with a brand-new album and asked fans for their great interest.

Furthermore, this will mark Taeyeon’s return since she unveiled her latest sweet and dreamy single “Happy” on May 4. Falling under the mixture of pop, doo-wop and R&B genres, the track also showcases the singer’s amazing vocal abilities.

With its spellbinding melody and uplifting message, “Happy” instantly conquered domestic music charts, such as Melon, Genie and Bugs.

Adding to her accolades, Taeyeon also entered the Billboard World Digital Songs Chart for the first time with “Happy.”
