TOMORROW X TOGETHER Becomes Fastest K-Pop Group To Become Consecutive Double Million Seller
The group’s third full-length album exceeds 2.55 million copies in the first week!
The group TOMORROW X TOGETHER, also known synonymously as TXT, became double million-sellers in the first week of release (sales in the first week of release) with two consecutive albums.

According to Hanteo Chart, an album sales statistics site, on October 20th, TOMORROW X TOGETHER’s third full-length album, The Name Chapter: FREEFALL, sold 2,251,959 copies in the first week of release. With this, TOMORROW X TOGETHER set their own new record for the first week of release and at the same time placed two albums on the ‘double million seller’ list this year alone.
TOMORROW X TOGETHER’s fifth mini-album, The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION, sold 2.18 million copies by the 7th day of its release, becoming their first double-million-selling album in the first week of release. With this album, they set a new record of two consecutive first-week double million-sellers among K-pop artists in the shortest period since debut (four years and seven months).
In particular, TOMORROW X TOGETHER holds the record for the artist with the lowest number of years among K-pop artists who have achieved 2 million copies in the first week.
Meanwhile, The Name Chapter: FREEFALL depicts the story of what happens after young people who had been delaying their growth and running away from the world decide to face reality.
