Woodz will release the digital single on the 18th.

On December 8th, Edam Entertainment announced the release of WOODZ’s new digital single “Amnesia” through his social media channels, unveiling the first teaser photo for the single’s release.

In the revealed photo, WOODZ appears fashionable in all black, striking sophisticated poses with a faint smile. Another picture displays artwork with the English alphabet ‘A’ entwined with film reels, intriguing the viewers. This mature transformation of WOODZ not only captures the attention of both domestic and international MOODZ (the fan club name) but also heightens the anticipation of music enthusiasts. This comeback marks approximately eight months since his last release, the fifth mini-album We, which dropped in April. Particularly, the title track of this digital single was first showcased during WOODZ’s Encore World Tour held on October 28th and 29th at the SK Olympic Handball Gymnasium in Seoul.

The song gained momentum for its official release following requests from fans present at the tour venue and trended on X (formerly known as Twitter) real-time trends, leading to its subsequent release. WOODZ, as a solo artist, has garnered a lot of love for diverse songs spanning genres like “Hijack,” “Blue,” “Chaser,” “Trigger,” and “Abyss,” showcasing versatile performances, robust live renditions, and even producing skills, solidifying his position as a ‘growing singer-songwriter.’
