MONSTA X’s Wonho Shares Simple Workout Routine With Elle Korea For Monbebes To Try

MONSTA X’s Wonho shared a simple workout routine for Monbebes to try out with the help of Elle Korea in his recent photo shoot!

The MONSTA X fitness buff gave fans further inspiration to get up and start working out through a five-minute video shared by the magazine recently. Portraying the perfect personal trainer, Wonho imparted much-needed exercise  routines which everyone can conveniently do at home.

Starting with a full-body stretching routine, the idol emphasized the importance of relaxing one’s body before proceeding to a strenuous exercise every time.

“I like to work out for fun but before I exercise, I rest my body and I want you to learn that first,” he explained.

He also taught viewers how to use an exercise instrument called foam roll. “When you feel a bit sore or your muscles get stiff on certain parts,this gets very helpful,” he shared.

Wonho then proceeded to show some simple routines like chair curl ups, which he advised to be done for 20 to 30 seconds and in three sets. Additionally, the singer shared his before and after workout activities in a short question and answer portion afterward.

“Before and after I work out, I do lots of stretching, listen to music, and eat. I think I eat very well,” he said.
