The actor also talks about his military service and how he is preparing for his upcoming drama project.

Woo Do Hwan, who recently finished his mandatory military conscription earlier this month, graces the February issue of Vogue Korea. The pictorial is extra special as this is his first magazine shoot after being discharged. The actor’s deep gaze and cool aura complemented his manly charms.

His captivating visuals draw attention from wearing a formal trench coat to a pair of red velvet suit and eye-catching accessories. In one of the photos, the actor wears a mesh fabric that highlighted his well-toned body, and the image exudes a strong and bold charisma.

The actor expressed his excitement and nervousness when he showed up at the filming site. It was also revealed that he was not able to sleep the night before the photo shoot because it has been a long time since he had participated in one. He said, “I thought a lot about how I did the interviews [in the past], what did I do to adapt the tone and mood of videos, things like that.”

In the subsequent interview, Woo Do Hwan gets serious as he talks about his military service. He stated, “I appreciated and felt grateful for my daily life that I get to embrace every day like air. It felt like I have completed 10 years of homework, not 18 months. I think from now on I can just comfortably run forward.”

He also added that he started a diary where he wrote about his feelings and small happiness from day to day. “Since writing a diary, I think I have broadened the scope of my thoughts.”

He revealed that he thought the series is the first project he has to make a lot of preparations for. “Gun Woo is a former boxer, and he is the type of person who moves a lot. So as I manage my diet, I also allotted four hours of my time to do boxing, work out, go to action school and do Pilates.” This dedication to his craft has raised the expectations of fans for his latest role and project
