Seolhyun is off to the next chapter of her career.

After ten years, idol-turned-actress Seolhyun has decided to part ways with her long-time agency FNC Entertainment.

Just recently, FNC Entertainment announced that the AOA member will be leaving their company. “After a long conversation and discussion with Seolhyun, we, FNC Entertainment, have agreed to end our management business. Grateful for the decade-long working relationship with the artist, the agency added, “We would like to express our gratitude to Seolhyun, who has trusted and supported us for a long time and thank the fans for always giving us unstinting love and support. We will continue to sincerely support Seolhyun in the future, and we ask for your unchanging love and support for Seolhyun who is preparing for a new start.”

Seolhyun debuted as a member of the group AOA in 2012 and was greatly loved by releasing hit songs such as “Miniskirt,” “Short Hair,” “Like a Cat,” “Heart Attack,” and more. Aside from showcasing her talents and charms as an idol, she has also been active as an actress by appearing in drama projects including, “Seo Young, My Daughter,” “Ugly Alert,” “Orange Marmalade,” “Awaken,” and “The Killer’s Shopping List.”
