This is breaking news from ATEEZ indeed!

ATEEZ had officially revealed to fans that they are scheduled to hold their comeback this October – and it is slated to be a massive one!

On September 13, the boy group posted a quirky video update titled ANEWZ, which featured member Yunho playing the role of a news anchor. Sharing the current happenings in the ATEEZ members’ lives, he talked about various things such as maknae Jongho recently losing around five kilograms by working out and Woo Young calling his mom at night.

However, the headlining news that he revealed during the video is about the octet’s plans to release their first full album in October. “It’s breaking news! Breaking news! It’s a news that ATEEZ’ new album will be released in October! It’s a news that they will come back with their first full album. They are coming back on October as they want to see ATINY as soon as possible,” he excitedly proclaimed.

“For ATINY who is curious about the concept, I have a hair concept hint of a member who has an extreme makeover,” Yunho added, showing a quick clip for fans to decipher themselves.

Their October comeback falls four months after they made their return in June 2019 with the mini-album Treasure Ep. 3: One to All. It was headlined by two tracks “Wave” which served as the lead single and “Illusion” which topped both local and international charts.

Since their debut in October 2018, ATEEZ had released a total of three mini-albums and embarked on a world tour which successfully saw seventeen fully sold-out concerts during its run. They had also attended all three legs of KCON for 2019, where they showcased their talents for a vaster audience to see.
