BLACKPINK Attracts Younger Female Audiences, According To Data From Vivid Seats

BLACKPINK is showing us what girl power looks like as they continue to take over the world! It seems that many of their fans are hoping to emulate this, as it is revealed that a big portion of their fan base are females.
Vivid Seats released a breakdown of the ticket-buying demographic for BLACKPINK’s upcoming shows in the United States. The ticketing marketplace noted that demand for the group’s tour tickets come from younger female audiences.
Traffic towards the BLACKPINK tickets page mostly come from audiences who are 14-18 years old, which comprises 41% of the page’s overall traffic. 39% of audiences who look up availability of tickets to their shows are 25-34 year olds, and 12% of audiences are aged between 35-44 years old. Audiences who are 45-54 years old make up 7% of traffic to the site. Finally, audiences who are 55 years old and above make up 2% of site traffic.
Vivid Seats also notes majority of BLINKS are females! 66% of traffic to the BLACKPINK ticket page comes from females, while 34% comes from males.
Finally, Vivid Seats noted that majority of BLINKS residing in the United States come from Texas! The state is in the Top 10 markets for BLACKPINK tickets, with fans coming from Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, and Austin.
Jennie, Jisoo, Lisa, and Rose will be kicking off their tour in the United States on April 17, at The Forum in California. From there, the girls will be performing in Illinois’ Allstate Arena on April 24. They will also be at Hamilton’s FirstOntario Center in April 27. The girl group will be holding a two-day concert at Newark’s Prudential Center on May 1 and 2. On May 5, the girls will be bringing their tour to Atlanta’s Infinite Energy Arena. To wrap up their In Your Area tour, they will be holding another two-day concert in Texas’ Fort Worth Convention Center on May 8 and 9.
