Another set of incredible achievements for BLACKPINK’s Rosé!

Continuously bagging amazing feats left and right, BLACKPINK’s Rosé has added two new Guinness World Records titles on her belt!

Rosé made her highly-awaited debut with her first solo album featuring “GONE” and her title track “On The Ground” on March 12 at 2 PM KST.

Topping the Billboard charts

On April 9, Guinness World Records recognized Rosé’s successful solo debut. Rosé topped both the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl. U.S. charts on March 27 with her debut release. Together with her fellow members in BLACKPINK, she also achieved the No.1 spot on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart with their hit track “Lovesick Girls”.

Remarkably, this makes Rosé the first artist to top the Billboard Global chart as a soloist and as part of a group.

Dominating the YouTube platform

In addition, Guinness World Records officially acknowledged the music video of “On the Ground” as the most viewed music video in 24 hours by a solo K-pop artist. She was able to obtain a total of 41.6 million views a day after her debut.

Moreover, Rosé’s “On The Ground” hit the No.1 spot on iTunes Top Songs charts in at least 51 different regions, shortly after its release.

Meanwhile, in related news, BLACKPINK recently surpassed 60 million subscribers on YouTube. This is the highest record of subscribers for a Korean YouTube channel. The quartet also holds the honor of being the most subscribed female artist.
