BTS & BLACKPINK Lead January Brand Rankings Among K-Pop Groups
Congratulations to BTS and BLACKPINK for topping the brand reputation rankings among idol groups in January!
The Korean Business Research Institute has recently published the brand reputation rankings for the month of January. Based on their latest list, well-loved K-pop idol groups BTS and BLACKPINK are this month’s leading groups.
The rankings were based on various factors including consumer participation, media, communication, and community indices analyzed by the organization. Particularly, it extracted a total of 163,832,057 pieces of data among numerous idol groups from December 23 to January 23.
Showing off their incredible global power, worldwide K-pop act BTS continues to lead the brand rankings this January. RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook obtained an impressive 15,664,084 brand reputation index.
Some of the high-ranking phrases from the group’s keyword analysis are “Billboard”, “Golden Disc”, and “TikTok”. Additionally, the words such as “award”, “dominate”, and “surpass” are present in their highest-ranking related terms.
Securing second place in the brand ranking is YG Entertainment’s femme fatale quartet BLACKPINK. The popular girl group was able to maintain their glorious ranking after acquiring a total of 11,865,603 brand reputation index this month.
Moreover, well-loved girl groups TWICE, (G)I-DLE, and IZ*ONE completed our top-five list this January as they obtained the third to fifth ranks, respectively.
