BTS, BLACKPINK, & NCT 127 Snag Nominations For “2021 iHeartRadio Music Awards”

Well-loved K-pop groups BTS, BLACKPINK, and NCT 127 received multiple nominations for the 2021 iHeartRadio Music Awards!

Just recently, the American free broadcast, podcast and streaming radio platform revealed their nominated artists for 2021.

BTS

Worldwide idol group BTS continues to prove their phenomenal power with a total of four nominations this year. The septet is nominated for Best Music Video, Best Fan Army, Best Duo/Group of the Year, and Favorite Music Video Choreography (Son Sung Deuk). Previously, the boys won the first two awards in 2020.

BLACKPINK

Showing their growing popularity, femme fatale quartet BLACKPINK has earned two nominations. The girl group is vying for the Best Music Video and Best Fan Army for 2021. Last year, they took home the Favorite Music Video Choreography.

NCT 127

Multi-talented boy group NCT 127 also received a nomination for Best Fan Army this year. They are up against BTS, BLACKPINK, Agnez Mo, Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Shawn Mendes, Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift, and Why Don’t We.

This year’s highly-anticipated awards ceremony will air live on May 27 at 8 PM ET. Moreover, the social voting will end on May 19 at 11:59 PM ET. Fans should stay tuned as the lineup of performers for the event will be announced soon!
