BTS, EXO, & Super Junior Announced As Top K-Pop Boy Groups In February Brand Rankings

Congratulations to BTS, EXO, & Super Junior for topping the brand reputation rankings among male idol groups in February!

The Korean Business Research Institute has recently published the brand reputation rankings for the month of February. Based on their latest list, well-loved K-pop boy bands BTS, EXO, and Super Junior are this month’s leading groups.

The rankings were based on various factors including consumer participation, media, communication, and community indices analyzed by the organization. Particularly, it extracted a total of 51,685,392 pieces of data among numerous boy groups from January 6 to February 7.

BTS Leading For 21 Consecutive Months

Showing off their incredible global power, Worldwide K-Pop act BTS continues its lead in the brand rankings. Remarkably, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook topped the list for the 21st consecutive months now. The boy group, in particular, has scored a 12,787,271 brand reputation index for February.

Some of the high-ranking phrases from the group’s keyword analysis are their beloved “ARMY”, their impressive “performance” and recent collaboration with “Starbucks”. Additionally, the words “cool”, “different”, and “kind” are present in the band’s highest-ranking related terms.

EXO Maintains Second Spot

Securing the second place in the list is South Korea’s representative boy group – EXO. The popular boy group was able to maintain their glorious ranking after acquiring a total of 3,911,595 brand reputation index this month.

The legends are back! Coming in to take the third place is the legendary boy group Super Junior. Previously at tenth spot, the multi-faceted idol group was able to climb up the rankings in February with a brand reputation index of 2,289,821.

Super Junior Timeless

Rounding up our top-five list are SF9 and SEVENTEEN who obtained the fourth and fifth ranks, respectively.
