Congratulations to BTS for bringing home another well-deserved feat!

Phenomenal K-Pop septet BTS has bagged the Favorite Music Group award at this year’s Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak, this year’s much-awaited awards show took place virtually on May 2. BTS bested out the other international acts, namely Fall Out Boy, Jonas Brothers, Maroon 5, Panic! At The Disco, and The Chainsmokers. Named as the favorite music group, the boys accepted the award and expressed their gratitude to fans through a short video.

“Wow, this is amazing. Thank you so much. We are so happy to get this award,” RM began. For V, he said, “Thank you for voting for us, ARMY. Your love keeps us going.”

Thanking fans for loving their latest album Map of the Soul: 7, Jin shared that the group wishes to see ARMYs soon. Suga then revealed, “We are doing great working very, very, very hard on our music.”

Jimin and Jungkook likewise thanked the fans for their continuous support and said they miss them very much, while J-Hope requested ARMYs to stay safe and connected during these trying times.

Two years ago, BTS won the Favorite Global Music Star at the 2018 Kids’ Choice Awards.

In related news, ARMYs will have to wait a little further as Big Hit Entertainment recently announced that BTS’ Map Of The Soul world tour has to be rescheduled due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
