BTS & SEVENTEEN Lead November Brand Rankings For K-Pop Boy Groups

Hail to BTS and SEVENTEEN for being the leading male idol groups for the month of November!

The Korean Research Business Institute has unveiled the brand reputation rankings for November. According to their latest data, worldwide septet BTS remained unstoppable at first place while powerhouse boy group SEVENTEEN followed at second spot.

The rankings are based on various factors including consumer participation, media, communication, and community indices analyzed by the organization. Particularly, it extracted a total of 55,812,922 pieces of data among numerous boy groups from October 13 to November 13.

Out of the over 55 million data analyzed by the institute, BTS was able to impressively score a brand reputation index of 5,955,484. They continue to hold on the top spot for  42nd straight months now.

Some of the high-ranking phrases from the band’s keyword analysis included their beloved “ARMY,” “concert,” and their label “HYBE.” Moreover, the words “boycott,” “perform,” and “surpass” are present in the group’s highest-ranking related terms.


Securing the second spot for this month is SEVENTEEN. The boys moved up in their rankings after acquiring a total brand reputation index of  5,129,843 this November.

Additionally, rounding up the top five are NCT, EXO, and THE BOYZ. NCT placed third after obtaining a total brand reputation index of 3,671,377. Coming in closely at fourth place is EXO with a score of 3,603,508. Meanwhile, THE BOYZ recorded a total of 2,457,416 in fifth place.
