BTS Tops Brand Rankings Among K-Pop Boy Groups For 3 Years In A Row
BTS continues to impress everyone with their steady power!
The Korean Business Research Institute has recently released the brand reputation rankings among K-Pop boy groups for May 2021. Based on their latest list, BTS held the No.1 spot once again this month!
The rankings are based on various factors including consumer participation, media, communication, and community indices. In particular, the institute gathered and analyzed a huge amount of data among numerous boy idol groups from April 8 to May 8.
Continuously leading the brand reputation rankings for 36 straight months now is the worldwide K-Pop sensation BTS. Out of the total 51,242,292 brand reputation index, the septet was able to obtain 13,630,137.
Some of the group’s high-ranking phrases in their keyword analysis include their upcoming English digital single “Butter”, “Billboard”, and “YouTube”. The positive words such as “donate”, “record”, and “release” are likewise present as their highest-ranking related terms.
Securing second place is the multi-talented group NCT. The boys were able to score a brand reputation index of 3,574,966.
Following closely at third place is the powerhouse boy group SEVENTEEN. The boys maintained their spot and attained a brand reputation index of 3,215,092 this May.
Placing fourth and fifth in this month’s rankings are second-generation K-pop idols Highlight and SHINee. EXO acquired the sixth spot while ONF grabbed the seventh place. Completing the top ten are ASTRO, THE BOYZ, and NU’EST who obtained the eighth to tenth places, respectively.
