BTS, TWICE, Kang Daniel, & More Winners At “2020 Soribada Best K-Music Awards”

Many K-pop artists shone brightly at the 2020 Soribada Best K-Music Awards, which happened on August 13.

This year’s awards ceremony was hosted by Jun Hyun Moo and Jin Se Yeon. Various idol groups and soloists also graced the event, wherein they mesmerized fans by performing their latest tracks.


Making another splendid record is none other than worldwide K-pop boy group BTS. Though they were not able to attend the event, RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook took home a total of three trophies. The boys received the Daesang (grand prize), a Bonsang (main prize), and the Favorite Male Bias Award.



Known as Asia’s top girl group, TWICE has bagged three awards last night. The K-pop nonet obtained the Artist of the Year award. They likewise received a Bonsang, and the Favorite Female Bias Award.

Well-loved idol Kang Daniel continues to rake awards in his journey as a soloist. The charming and multi-talented performer acquired three awards at this year’s Soribada Best K-Music Awards. He took home the Stage of the Year Award, a Bonsang, and the Real Fan Award.

The other recipients of the Bonsang Award include AB6IX, ASTRO, GFRIEND, Im Young Woong, IZ*ONE, MAMAMOO, NCT Dream, Oh My Girl, Red Velvet, and VICTON.

The 2020 Soribada Best K-Music Awards was broadcasted live yesterday around the world via TikTok and the LG U+ Idol Live app.
