CIX Announces New EP ‘THUNDER FEVER’, Marking Their New Beginning as a 4-Member Group
CIX is set to make a major comeback with their seventh EP THUNDER FEVER, signaling an exciting new chapter for the group.
CIX, the group that recently restructured into a four-member lineup, is making a fresh start with their upcoming seventh EP album, THUNDER FEVER, set to be released in January 2025.

The new album will be their first major release in a year, following the group’s first single album, 0 or 1 (Zero or One), which was launched in January. THUNDER FEVER marks an exciting milestone for CIX, as it is the group’s official transition into full-scale activities as a four-member group, generating high anticipation from their global fanbase.
On December 27, CIX revealed the album name and teaser images on their official social media. In the teaser, the four members—BX, Seunghun, Yonghee, and Hyunsuk—are shown sitting together under a thunderstorm, each with curious expressions. The dazzling outfits and stunning CG effects in the teaser further heighten the upcoming album’s excitement and intrigue.
Earlier this year, CIX made waves with their release of 0 or 1, a track that tells a love story between humanoids, with the title song “Lovers or Enemies” gaining popularity. They followed this with a successful third solo concert tour, “0 or 1,” which spanned eight cities across North America and began in Seoul.
Additionally, members Hyunsuk and Seunghoon were busy with individual projects. Hyunsuk appeared in the web drama Roman Rule Season 3.5 and the web variety show Night of Forgetting Memories. At the same time, Seunghun participated in Mnet’s Build Up and worked with the project group B.D.U.
FIX are now eagerly awaiting CIX’s return as a full four-member group in 2025 with THUNDER FEVER. The album is set for release next month, and more details and teasers will be revealed sequentially.
