CNBLUE’s Jung Yong Hwa Wraps Up Promotions for ‘One Fine Day’

CNBLUE’s leader Jung Yong Hwa successfully wrapped up promotional activities for his first solo album titled One Fine Day, with his final performance at SBS’s Inkigayo on February 15.

The heartthrob has shown his outstanding talent in song writing for all the tracks in his debut solo album. For this album, Jung collaborates with many artists, including rapper Yang Dong Geun, vocalist Verbal Jint, rocker Yoon Do Hyun and Singaporean singer JJ Lin.

The album’s title track, which was dropped on January 20, swept all major real-time music charts and TV music shows in Korea. After a day of its release, One Fine Day has already dominated the iTunes Album charts of seven Asian countries, including Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and the Philippines.

The talented idol also leaped to the first spot on Billboard’s World Albums chart, as well as earned his second win for the song on KBS’s Music Bank on February 13.

Jung shared his feeling after receiving the impressive accomplishment, saying: “Every day as a soloist was like a dream and One Fine Day.”

He will be kicking off his solo concert tour titled One Fine Day in Asia on February 27, starting from Seoul.
