EXO’s Suho Personally Confirms His Upcoming Military Enlistment Through Letter To Fans
EXO’s Suho penned a letter to EXO-Ls, whom he will dearly miss, to officially announce his upcoming military enlistment.
After his upcoming military enlistment set for May was reported on May 4, EXO’s Suho shared his heartfelt letter to fans where he confirmed the news.
Through their fan community Lysn, the EXO leader revealed that he is set to enlist in the military on May 14.
“Hello, EXO-L. This is Suho. I have something to tell you, so I’m writing this letter today. I will be serving my military duty beginning May 14, and I think I’ll really miss EXO-L during that time,” Suho wrote.
“EXO-L, who think of me and love me every day, I hope you stay healthy. Thank you very much and I love you. We are one, EXO. Let’s love,” the singer sweetly said as well, finishing his letter with the group’s iconic slogan which he came up with himself.
With this, Suho will be the third member of EXO to begin his mandatory military service after Xiumin and D.O. He released his first solo mini-album Self-Portrait earlier on March 30 and received great love from EXO-Ls, as seen by the record’s strong presence in music charts all over the world.
The singer also held an online fan meeting in April to communicate with fans and commemorate his mini-album’s release.
