G-Dragon attends Pharrell’s ‘Girl’ Exhibition

By  |

On May 26, G-Dragon publicized his attendance at Pharrell William‘s G I R L exhibition at the Galerie Perrotin in Paris, France as well as the singer’s showcase through Instagram.

G-Dragon poses in front of a cute Pharrell canvas that features pixelated text, country flags, animated characters, and cute animals. His caption is a Japanese expression for “You worked hard today.”

A second photo displays a letter ‘G’ made out by the compilation of small figurines. The ‘G’ clearly stands for Girl, but fans also say that it could be ‘G’ for G-Dragon.

“It was a pleasure to meet you man great show tonight @woodkidmusic

G-Dragon managed to get a picture with Pharrell’s creative director, Yoann Lemoine, also known as Woodkid.

Always love your work @daniel_arsham can’t wait to work on something together”

A fourth image displays G-Dragon and contemporary artist Daniel Arsham replicating the pose given by Arsham’s Pharrell piece. Could G-Dragon’s caption possibly indicate a collaboration with Arsham soon?

@pharrell it’s great to finally meet you capitol P congrats again man hope to see you soon

After the exhibition, G-Dragon got a picture with the one and only and turned into “#fanboyg” during the showcase where Pharrell performed songs such as Snoop Dogg‘s Drop It Like Its HotGwen Stefani‘s Hollaback Girl and Happy

“It was such a beautiful night in paris”

Probably not a Pharrell/G-Dragon collabo but perhaps a GD/Arsham collabo! It could be a possibility that one of Arsham’s pieces will be of GD.

A Pharrell/G-Dragon collaboration would no doubt be awesome, but I’m skeptical it will happen anytime soon 🙁
