Only seven members will be performing at the NCT 127 Arena Tour NEO CITY: Japan – The Origin to be held at the Marine Messe in Fukuoka for two days this weekend, January 4 and 5, as vocalist Haechan has been decided to sit out from the show for the meantime.

According to the agency’s official statement prior to the show, the group’s youngest member is unable to perform due to poor health condition, and he will not participate in the Meet and Greet at the fan club booth in the venue as well.

NCT 127 Arena Tour NEO CITY: Japan – The Origin marks the group’s first-ever nationwide tour in Japan at a larger scale and will include a total of fourteen concerts in seven cities.

Kicking off on December 18 and 19 with shows in Osaka, the tour will open the NCT unit’s activities for 2020. After their two-day show in Fukuoka, the group will take their performances to Toki Messe in Niigata on January 18. The arena tor will then cap off with a massive three-day concert in Tokyo at the Musashino Forest Sport Plaza from February 22 to 24.

Following SM Entertainment’s announcement regarding Haechan’s absence from the Fukuoka concerts, NCTzens trended the hashtag #GetWellSoonHaechan to express their well-wishes and send uplifting messages to the singer.

Currently, Haechan is a part of promotions for both the NCT 127 and NCT DREAM units, and last December, he made his official debut in NCT U through an SM STATION track with Taeil, Doyoung, and Jaehyun titled “Coming Home”.
