Hyping up interests are teasers that pertain to artists joining this year’s music festival. The first artist confirmed is the legendary group Super Junior.
PENTAGON CONTINUES TO SHINE
PENTAGON (now with nine members), under Cube Entertainment, is a product of Mnet’s 2015 survival-reality program Pentagon Maker. They officially debuted in 2016 as a ten-member group with the release of their first EP Pentagon.

They followed it up with a five-track mini-album Five Senses, also released in 2016. The following year, PENTAGON made their Japanese debut with Gorilla EP and released three more Korean EPs (Ceremony, Demo_01 and Demo_02).
In 2018, the idol group gifted their Korean fans with their sixth and seventh mini-albums, Positive and Thumbs Up respectively. They also released two Japanese extended plays, SHINE and Violet. The group made a comeback in Japan in February this year with their single Cosmo.
Apart from album releases, PENTAGON had numerous headlining concerts and showcases. Their 2019 headlining tour, 1st Japan Zepp Tour – Dear Cosmo had the group perform in four Japanese cities.
