IU Proves Concert Power By Selling Out Domestic & Overseas Tickets

Local and international tickets to the latest concert of multi-talented artist IU had sold in the blink of an eye credit to her adoring fans.

Still on the preliminary stage of her 2019 IU Tour Concert LOVE, POEM – but South Korea’s sweetheart has been proving she is a force to reckon.

Affirming her prominence, concert tickets to the “LOVE, POEM” concert series are selling out fast, both in domestic and international scenes.

Replicating the impressive ticket-selling turnout in Kwangju, Incheon and Busan, the Seoul stop took only a minute to sell over 20,000 tickets, kakaO M, IU’s agency announced on October 25.

In Singapore, additional show was added to accommodate the clamor of fans who wanted to witness the amazing music of the singer-songwriter.

2019 IU Tour Concert “Love, Poem”

Prepping up for her year-end concert tour, IU will visit key Asian cities apart from domestic stops in South Korea.

Beginning November, IU will kickstart the concert series with a four-city stop in South Korea. Staging a weekend concert in Kwangju on November 2 and 3, she will head to Incheon and Busan on November 16 and 23. She will finish the local leg of the tour with another weekend concert in Seoul on November 23 and 24.

Thereafter, the multi-talented artist will commence her overseas tour on November 30 and December 1 in Taipei. She will swing by at Singapore on December 6 and 7; and Manila on December 13. The tour will extend to Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Jakarta on December 21, 24 and 28 respectively.

“Love, Poem” New Launch Date

As announced in her domestic fan meeting in September, the new music of the songstress attracts attention with a new concept and expected warm song that the talented singer will showcase.

Titled – LOVE, POEM – IU’s new music alludes to a creative feast of emotional masterpiece.

IU has delayed the release of the album initially set for October to November 1.

The Seoul leg of her concert will be held on Nov 23 and 24 at Seoul KSPO Dome.
