Jang Woo Hyuk celebrates H.O.T’s 16th year since debut

In September 1996, SM Entertainment debuted a 5-member idol group named H.O.T with members Jang Woo Hyuk, Tony An, Kangta, Moon Hee-Joon and Lee Jae Won.

The group has been said to be the one who started the idol group trend in South Korea. Although they have since disbanded in 2001, the members are still active in the show business industry. In celebration of the group’s 16th year since debut, Jang Woo Hyuk took to his Twitter and shared a picture of a cake with H.O.T’s picture on it and the words ‘Remember 1996.09.07.’
