Lee Dong Wook Says He’s Just Like Everyone Else In Interview As One Of GQ’s “Men Of The Year”
Lee Dong Wook shines as one of GQ Korea’s “Men of the Year”.
Lee Dong Wook’s outstanding looks and tall physique make South Korean actor Lee Dong Wook a standout, even in crowd of thousands.
Still, the actor, who is approaching 20 years in the entertainment industry, considers himself ordinary and “just like everyone else”.
“It’s only my job that is slightly different than ordinary people. Other than that, I’m just like everyone else,” he said in an interview for GQ Korea’s December issue, which he was named as one of the magazine’s “Men of the Year”.
Posing in a backdrop of autumn foliage in a garden, the Touch Your Heart actor looks exquisite and magnetic in his various outfits for the shoot.
Talking about how he manages his fame and life, Lee admitted that being an actor pulls people into the tendency of being egocentric. But for him, finding the right balance between being an actor and being an individual is important to keep his feet firmly rooted.
“A reasonable pattern of life is essential in this job. Being an actor, it is easy to be self-centered, but I live my life, not only as an actor, but as the person Lee Dong Wook,” he said.
Since his debut in 1999, the actor has been continuously running as an actor both on TV and in films. He has also ventured into theater and variety shows.
And it seems the phrase “take a break” does not exist in his vocabulary. After wrapping up Life this year, he has already a project lined up for 2019 Touch Your Heart, which will reunite him with Goblin co-star Yoo In Na.
