Lee Jong Suk Receives Official Military Enlistment Date

Lee Jong Suk is going to begin his military service journey in March.

Lee’s management, A-MAN project confirmed the news that he will start serving in an alternative military service starting March 8. The actor is in good spirit and promises to do his duty cheerfully and with positive faith.

Lee received a social service agent judgment for health reasons. Once he begins military service, he will work as a social worker at a place designated by the Military Manpower Administration according to the entrance system. Prior to that, he will undergo four weeks of basic military training.

Currently, Lee is starring in Romance is a Bonus Book. Consequently, filming ends on February 27 to give Lee time to prepare for his enlistment. The actor rose to mainstream prominence for hit dramas and films such as While You Were Sleeping, W, Doctor Stranger, VIP, Pinocchio, I Hear Your Voice, and more.
