Mnet’s upcoming male group K-pop project and survival show, BOYS24, has recently unveiled the faces and profiles of many trainees who are due to appear and compete on the program. In a batch of profiles shared on May 24, a foreign trainee in particular, Isaac, has caught the attention of Malaysian netizens.

His profile reveals that he’s a K-pop dance teacher from Malaysia, and is also a 94-liner. Isaac is also one of the few foreign contestants on the show. He also auditioned to be the 10th member of AlphaBat back in 2014.

BOYS24, dubbed a ‘mega-project’ with 25 billion won being invested in production costs, will be produced by CJ E&M and Liveworks Company. 49 boys will have to break against the 220 to one odds each week. Only after auditions and a training process will the final 24 be selected. The winners will then have a chance to perform live at the ‘BOYS24 Theater’ for 365 days.

The show will premiere on 18 June, 11.30pm KST, on Mnet and tvN’s channels.
