MTV Asia To Broadcast “2019 One K Concert” Via Twitter
Good news for K-Pop fans – the 2019 One K Concert will be available for free streaming!
MTV Asia is partnering with Twitter to help fans stream the 2019 One K Concert on March 26!
Known as the leading youth media brand inspired by music, MTV connects with millions of fans across social media platforms.
“There’s a huge appetite for Korean content and MTV is answering the call of fans by extending our programming slate with K-pop content that is first-to-air in Southeast Asia,” Abhishek K Rao, MTV Brand’s Senior Director for Southeast Asia, stated.
Additionally, more than 20 artists joined forces to share the concert’s message “One Dream, One Korea, One World.” The concert’s theme was made to commemorate the 100th anniversary of South Korea’s independence.
With Twitter as MTV Asia’s exclusive social media partner to premiere the concert, the collaboration aims to “provide fans around the region the unique experience to enjoy the concert and join in conversations about their favorite music and musicians,” the head of Entertainment Partnerships for Twitter in Southeast Asia and Greater China Carl Cheng said.
The amazing lineup of K-Pop acts
ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo and Gugudan’s Kim Se Jeong graced the concert as hosts.
In addition, the star-studded lineup includes Ha Sung Woon, OH MY GIRL, MONSTA X, APRIL, ASTRO, SF9, (G)I-dle, LABOUM, SONAMOO, CLC, DREAMCATCHER, KARD, ONF, TRCNG, DUETTO, Kim JoHan, Baek Ji-Young, JungIn, ALi, Cheetah, BEN, Seo JiAn, Gilgu Bonggu, and Juniel.
Moreover, fans can stream the concert on MTV’s official Twitter account. The broadcast will start at 8:40 PM (WIB, VN), 9:40 PM (PH, SG), and 10:40 PM (MY), today, March 26.
