[CANCELLED] Baekhyun, Jus2, MONSTA X, SEVENTEEN & Twice Headline “Music Bank In Dubai”
Middle East K-Pop fans are in for a fiery treat at Music Bank in Dubai!
EXO’s Baekhyun and Jus2 – a subunit of GOT7, headline the event. Joining them are popular K-Pop groups MONSTA X, Twice and SEVENTEEN. Music Bank in Dubai is the 15th world tour of Music Bank, a renowned music show housed by KBS.
It will be held on March 21 at the Coca Cola Arena in Dubai. The fully air-conditioned world class arena can accommodate 17,000 people.
Music Bank World Tour is a cultural exchange concert, which is broadcast to 117 countries around the world through KBS World as a part of the music festival of South Korea’s leading artists.
Since 2011, it has launched a global tour in France, Hong Kong, Chile, Indonesia, Turkey, Brazil, Mexico, Vietnam, Singapore, and Japan.
Ticketing Details & Fan Perks
Ticket selling for KBS Music Bank in Dubai will begin on the February 20. Full-scale ticket reservations will begin on Dubai local ticket platforms, including ticketing booths at Coca-Cola Arena.
Makestar, the organizer of the event announced that a pre-sale on February 18 and 19 will be initiated through the Dubai calendar of Dubai Tourism Board.
Various benefits for K-POP fans in the Middle East are underway. It includes early bird events for buyers on a first-come-first-served basis. In addition, signed CDs by the featured artists and autographed posters will also be available.
A Celebration of Culture Exchange
Notably, the United Arab Emirates is expanding its cultural exchange as its celebrate the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations with South Korea. Recently, the craze for K-Pop is rapidly rising. Thus, raising expectations and interest in KBS Music Bank in Dubai.
The official organizer of the Music Bank World Tour said, “‘Music Bank in Dubai’ has been planning for about a year, and the global entertainment platform Makestar and Erta Ale Entertainment will co-host together in cooperation with the host company KBS.”
“DBDBLAB, an international network and business company, is receiving global business support from the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA). It is in charge of coordinating with Middle East and global partners throughout Asia and the Middle East,” the organizer added.
In addition, the company plans to provide various benefits for K-POP fans in the Middle East, including early bird events for first-come-first-served buyers, gifted CDs by artists, and autographed posters.
On March 3, Makestar announced cancellation of the event. All tickets sold will be refunded sequentially with notification of refund procedure on each ticketing platform.
