Nichkhun fined for driving under the influence

As of August 30, 2PM member, Nichkhun, has received a penalty fine of 4 million Won (approximately $3,525 USD) for his drunk driving incident back in July.
Seoul Central District Court found Nichkhun guilty of driving with a 0.056 blood alcohol percentage at 2:30AM in the morning that resulted in an accident with a motorcycle. A representative from Star News announced, “Nichkhun has resolved all matters with the victim and given that his blood alcohol level wasn’t too high, it all ended quite amicably.”
Nichkhun has taken time off from his activities to contemplate on his situation.
