The new mini-album of NU’EST is showing great performance on the charts!
Pledis Entertainment’s talented quintet NU’EST has achieved new records with their latest mini-album The Nocturne.
Recently, JR, Aron, Minhyun, Ren, and Baekho made their highly-anticipated return as they dropped their eighth mini-album The Nocturne with “I’m in Trouble” as its title track.
Strong performance on charts
Released on May 11 at 6 PM KST, the K-Pop boy group’s latest mini-album immediately scored No.1 spots on iTunes Top Songs Charts around the world. The Nocturne specifically topped the charts in 13 countries including Chile, Japan, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam. It also entered the top 10 in 21 other regions such as Australia, Indonesia, Mexico, and the Philippines.
Additionally, NU’EST’s latest title track “I’m in Trouble” has been doing well domestically as it ranked first on the Naver Music and Soribada streaming charts. The song also obtained high rankings on other streaming sites.
A fatal comeback
Going a bit different this time, NU’EST showed a more mature side through their new set of songs. The Nocturne delves into the concept of nighttime – when people tend to become more honest and open about their true feelings to someone.
Similarly for their music video for “I’m in Trouble”, the quintet was able to flaunt their manly charms with their fatal gazes and cool choreography.
