Below is the statement from Fantagio:

This is Fantagio.

We would like to express our gratitude to WELOs (official fan club) who send generous love to our artist Ong Seong Wu, and inform you about Ong Seong Wu’s enlistment in the military.

After receiving basic military training at the training center on April 17 (Monday), Ong Seong Wu is scheduled to fulfill his military service as an active-duty soldier.

To minimize crowding on the day of enlistment, no separate official event will be held, and since the entrance ceremony to the recruit training center is a private event attended by many soldiers and their families, we ask fans to refrain from visiting.

We ask for your warm support and love for Ong Seong Wu, who will faithfully fulfill his military duty and return in good health.

Thank you.

Wishing Ong Seong Wu, a safe and healthy return from his service.
