Pledis Entertainment Launches “Global Wonderteens”

PLEDIS Entertainment, a label under HYBE that engages in a diverse range of projects expanding the spectrum of popular culture, will hold the 2024 PLEDIS AUDITION GLOBAL WONDERTEENS to discover the next K-pop icons.

Auditions run from Feb. 8-March 31, 2024, and are open to anyone born after 2006, regardless of gender or nationality.

Applicants have the option to select from vocal, rap, or dance categories, where they can showcase their musical talent or star quality as artists. Finalists will be given the opportunity to sign as a trainee with PLEDIS.

This is the first time since 2019 that PLEDIS is recruiting trainees both on and offline. The in-person auditions will take place in 6 cities and states including Seoul (Feb. 24), Victoria (March 9), Queensland (March 10), New South Wales (March 17), California (March 23), and New Jersey (March 30). Applicants who are unable to attend the audition in-person can participate virtually through the official website.

As a label rewriting the history of K-pop, PLEDIS Entertainment represents global K-pop stage-breakers SEVENTEEN, as well as other widely known artists including NANA, BUMZU, BAEKHO, HWANG MIN HYUN, and fromis_9. It recently debuted K-pop boy band TWS, which has been selected as one of the “11 rookie K-pop acts to know in 2024” by GRAMMY.COM .
