“ONE LOVE ASIA FESTIVAL 2021” To Be Cancelled Due To Pandemic Uncertainties

By  |

Due to the prolonged pandemic situation, IMC Live Global has decided to cancel One Love Asia Festival 2021.

The event was scheduled earlier to take place on 16th and 17th October 2021 at Bayfront Event Space. Ticket holders who have purchased through the event’s authorized ticketing agent, SISTIC, can expect to receive full refunds from their transaction.

Ticket holders who have purchased their tickets with a credit card, regardless of whether the purchase was made via the internet, hotline, or an authorized agent, will receive an automatic refund issued by SISTIC from July onwards.

The ticket/s will be invalidated, and no other action will be required from the ticket holder. Ticket holders who have paid for their tickets via other payment methods will be contacted by SISTIC at a later date to determine refund arrangements.

“This decision to cancel the event was a particularly difficult one but the safety and well-being of our audience, artists, and staff were our main preoccupation,” says IMC Group

Asia COO Romell Song. He added, “It is hardly possible to crystal ball how the pandemic would evolve in the next few months, but we want to do our part to minimize the risk in the current situation, especially so as our event was expecting about 7,000 participants per day.”

IMC Live Global will continue to review the COVID-19 pandemic situation closely and when it permits, bring high-quality live entertainment back to Singapore and the region. We deeply regret the inconveniences caused to all ticket holders and sincerely thank our audience, artists, suppliers, and staff for their support shown amidst these trying times.
