Red Velvet’s Joy has opened the year with a gorgeous new project!

Red Velvet’s Joy has been hailed as the brand new model of environment-friendly lifestyle brand Aveda!

The Red Velvet member delightfully starts the year as the new official model and face selected by Aveda for their products in 2020!

Personally chosen for her bright and healthy image, Joy “who is loved for her lovely and refreshing charm” has been shared as the brand’s long-awaited female model.

Known as an eco-friendly brand focusing on making natural hair products, Aveda indeed makes a perfect fit for the Red Velvet member who currently has long, flowing locks which had always been rich and beautiful.

Starting with Aveda’s newly released nutriplenish™ products in January, the talented idol will be taking on various activities for the brand throughout the year. Free from silicones, parabens, mineral oil, and petrolatum, the hair care line is an intensely hydrating, replenishing collection formulated with omega-5-rich organic pomegranate oil for lush, visibly healthy hair.

Besides this, Joy keeps on a booked and busy year as part of the basketball variety show Handsome Tigers, as well as landing a guest appearance on an episode of Salty Tour‘s second season this 2020.

Meanwhile, Red Velvet had just made their comeback with the dark and catchy song “Psycho” on December 23, leading their new album The ReVe Festival: Finale. This new album marks the conclusion to the girls’ The ReVe Festival trilogy, which brought various songs showcasing unique concepts.
