Sorry for the late reply, but the pit tickets have never been sold out for the show on the 8th, so I just emptied my account and bought tix for the 8th as soon as they cancelled the 9th. But I just checked fnactickets, and there are still tickets left for ALL the categories! :O

I got the pit tickets cause I want to see them close up! SHINeeeeee! Hopefully I can sneak out my small camera and get a nice shot of the boys ^__^ So yeap, a lot of queing to do that day haha.

    January 4, 2012 at 6:02 am

lol if you’re talking to me then I haven’t gotten my refund yet (checked today) but since I already have my ticket for the 8th I’m in no hurry^^ what ticket did you get for the 8th? Seated or pit?
And small digital cameras should be fine but no DSLRs.

  5. Marty4

    January 4, 2012 at 5:55 am

I think they are asking the tickets back because the only difference between a ticket for the 8th and the 9th… is this number. Since the 9th is cancelled, they’re might be people trying to enter with a ticket for the 9th. Normally doormen don’t have this problem, but they’ll have to be extra careful now. Most of the time, they barely check the tickets, considering there’s so many; queus are so big and people are pushing to the doors. So they’re asking people to sent back their tickets in hopes that people won’t try to come in on the 8th with the wrong ticket.

As of the camera… no official statement yet, and I’m not sure there would be. Normally, cameras the size of a phone should be allowed.

I got my refund back already ^^ Yes I know, the tickets won’t be useful anyway so why do people have to send them back -.- Such a hassle! I hope it it went well for you 🙂 I booked a ticket for the 8th instead! Also booked the flight today. I hope nothing else will happen now haha. Has there been any info about the cameras allowed?

    December 28, 2011 at 5:41 am

If some of you are having troubles with the whole refund / exchange thing, I’m still here and I’ll help as much as I can (translating French by exemple). But this should be taken to the concerned article, just in case some other persons encounter the same issues.
    Here it is:
I advise you to hurry if you want to exchange your ticket for the 8. It seemed that the 8th sold 12,000 tickets out of the 14,000, and the 9th over 7,000 before they decided to cancel this one.

  9. mhn7700

    December 23, 2011 at 10:29 pm

That means that the same amount will be put back into the credit card used when you bought the ticket^^ So that sounds a lot easier than what I have to go through of sending shit back and omg I don’t have the energy >.<

  10. fizzyfuzz

    December 23, 2011 at 10:21 pm

I just read on fnac that for those who bought the e-ticket the refund will be automatically by means of a credit on the credit card used when purchased the tickets. Huh? “by means of a credit on the credit card” what does that mean? O_o

  11. fizzyfuzz

    December 23, 2011 at 10:02 pm

So yeap, the 9th has been CANCELLED! Great, just my luck. And the french soompi site isn’t doing me any good either cause their english  description of the refund is just giving me a headache. So what to do now if I bought an e-ticket from fnac? Do I send them an empty envelope or what? -.-” Or how do I do if I decided to get the refund instead? -.- Gaaaah. And I thought I was going to see SHINee next year 🙁

No go ahead. Small sized cameras should be allowed. Like you said, most of the people use their phones now to take pictures. KBS isn’t going to take away all those phones^^
Only the professional cameras might cause some problem.

  15. mhn7700

    November 2, 2011 at 5:20 am

Haha 😀 Sorry to be a control freak! 😛
Well, there’s still plenty of time so maybe you’ll get new info along the way. In the meantime I just needed to know if it would be stupid to buy cameras in case they had already stated that nothing at all was allowed. But to the online shops I go~

Oh, and I’ve already booked a hotel, but I’ll keep that French thing in mind. There’s only so much I trust Google Translate with ;P

Thank u so mucchh mr marty … :0 may god bless u :)))))

  17. Marty M.

    November 2, 2011 at 1:19 am

Concerning cameras, there shouldn’t be any problem as long as your camera doesn’t look too professional. Meaning that, normal sizes cameras, or phones should be allowed. We might get a statement from KBS prior to the concert. If it comes, I’ll notify it.
That’s all I know for know, but that should answer your question.
You can go on with the questions, but I’ve sort of told you everything I know so far. But I can still give advice on accomodation maybe, or translate French stuff that you can’t understand. I’m still here anyway.

Thanks, Marty^^ I really appreciate it.
I’m assuming you didn’t expect we’d have so many questions when you said “Ask away!” ;p

  20. Marty M.

    November 1, 2011 at 9:24 pm

To be honest, you’re asking me too much there. I don’t really know about tickets shipping. I got mine straight from the FNAC store. I didn’t buy it online. I assume that the tickets are being send over to you  right after purchase, but I can’t be too sure.
If you get the “print at home tickets”, you can print it straight after purchase and print as many times as you want and there is no time limit.
Note that the website you named, “parisevent” sells tickets 15 euros more than their actual worth. But if you can pay by debit card, I guess it’s allright then.
    I’m sorry I wasn’t to help more.

I am also asking the right persons about camera rules. I will make a statement as soon as I receive a definite answer.

  21. mhn7700

    November 1, 2011 at 11:12 am

So, erh, besides keeping an eye out to confirm the line up for both dates, do you think you could also let me know what the rules are gonna be regarding cameras?
I assume no DLSR (so unfair since they’re allowed in other parts of the world >.<) but I'm wondering if they have an official statement about it? Like, it's okay to bring small digital cameras? I mean, most people have that in their phones nowadays and it would seem a little unlikely for them to start confiscating phones so I'm kinda hoping they won't mind.

    October 31, 2011 at 7:30 am

Mr marttyyy u helped a lottt!!:) thank u very muchhhh!!!! :)))

Yeah u are right, fna doesn’t accept debit :((( I found one website
( which I think does offer payment method thru visa debit but m not sure :s the thing that bothers me is regarding the delivery system so say for example if i choose ‘Home Delivery’ instead… it stated there the tickets are mailed one week max before the event so m gonna be receiving it not any time soon(meaning to say nxt year) if i wre to choose this option ?:s but then agen it seems to contradict with this statement ‘Usually tickets are dispacthed 15 days
after your order’ . M confuse agen :s

Does fnatickets home delivery procedure is the same? or i can receive the tickets 1 week or more after i order the tickets thru home delivery ?:o

  27. fizzyfuzz

    October 31, 2011 at 6:22 am

Seems like I shouldn’t have choosen the “print at home” ticket since I will probably be stuck in line for longer than those with the store printed tickets, but I just don’t trust the mail service from country to country Y____Y bleeeeh. Still a lot of tickets left, hope they will sell better 🙁

  28. fizzyfuzz

    October 31, 2011 at 6:07 am

Buy the categorie 2 tickets. It’s for both category 2 seats and pit (first come first serve basis on the seats). So if you want to stand in the pit, then just don’t fight for the seats 🙂

  29. mhn7700

    October 30, 2011 at 3:25 am

It did! Those times is very good to know if it’s crap weather. No need to be queueing longer than necessary in February 😀

  30. Marty M.

    October 30, 2011 at 2:46 am

Well… printed tickets are just… a sheet of paper. There is nothing esthetic about it. Yes you can print it as many times as you want. There is a referrence number on your ticket, it is being scanned at the entrance of Bercy. But, original tickets are much better. I personally bought mine at the FNAC store. I rather have original tickets rather than prints, simply because I am always doubtful about prints, but that’s just me. Otherwise, important thing that made the difference at the SM Town: original tickets holders entered the arena faster than the others. Simply because scanning a printed copy after verification takes longer that just tearing up a piece of paper. As more people had printed tickets, several queues were made and the queue for original tickets will go much faster than the others.
I’m not saying it is going to be the same for the Music Bank, but it did cost me a solid 15min, just standing in the queue with my printed ticket while original tickets holders didn’t even have to stop^^

Well, it ‘s up to you then. You will probably pay a little extra for getting the tickets sent over, but they will be coming quickly, within a week probably.
Well, after all the desperate messages, do leave a word when you’ve got it all sorted out 😉

  31. ChanX

    October 30, 2011 at 12:00 am

original tickets compare to printed tickets ?Which is much more better in terms of aesthetic point of view ?

  32. ChanX

    October 29, 2011 at 11:42 pm

No worrieeesss u helped alot ..seriously no need to apologize :)) and one more thing for the options in the delivery section ..which do u prefer? printing or sent to your place ?

personally i think, i prefer the tickets to be sent to my place altho there’s risk of not actually receivin it X(
My reason is that since this is the first concert that I will attend so basically i want a solid hardcopy original (if u know what i mean) tickets rather than just printing it off just like that. I want to consider the ticket as a sentimental value.Does it make any difference with the printed ones?

and secondly, when we will be receiving the tickets after we purchase it online ?
2 weeks before the event ? Can we print the same ticket over and over again (eg if the first ticket s damage can we print it agen ?

Thanksss for replyingg all my comments . Hopefully this will be the last hehe. 🙂

  33. Marty M.

    October 29, 2011 at 9:50 pm

Hum… I’m not sure. For the SM Town in Paris, I came in at 6PM and was able to get within 10 yards of the stage. But this time, I want to be even closer, so I’ll be there for 2PM myself on the wednesday, and  earlier on the Thursday. It’s up to you I guess. Most of the audience is going to come by bus, and those bus are set to arrive at 4PM. So it would make a massive difference if you arrive at 3PM.
That’s all I can say, I’m sorry I’m not an expert on the subject. Hope this helped!

    October 29, 2011 at 8:49 pm

thankk u so muchhhhh !!! u are really a gud sales consultant hahah 😛

and one more thing, if i go for the pit so in order to get closer to the
stage I need to come early ?any tips on that since its a first come
    first serve bases…

shud i come as early as 3pm or earlier eventho the gate opens at 6pm or i
can just come at 6pm and run fast as i cud to get to the front?

I have no experience with concerts before so i dun know what to really expect … :s

  35. Marty M.

    October 29, 2011 at 7:03 pm

Partytrip concerns bus tickets, for French, Switz, Belgian and German that want to travel by bus. That doesn’ t concern you if you are from Ireland or the UK, sadly.
The second website sells tickets 15 euros more than they normal sale price. But if you can pay by debit card, maybe you should go ahead with it. It’s up to you.
Hope you’ll manage to get your tickets at a good price.

  39. Marty M.

    October 29, 2011 at 7:53 am

Sorry for the late reply: “Cat 2 non numéroté” means everything, the whole green area. Those are the same tickets for the pit, and the green parts in the bleachers. There’s only one ticket for Cat 2, and if it says “non numeroté” it is simply because you don’t chose you seat. Basically, you will enter Bercy with your Cat 2 ticket and have the choice to either take a seat in the bleachers, or stay in the pit. That is why it says “non numeroté”. In Cat 3 and 1 you don’t have the choice. You have to sit at the number indicated by your tickets.

    Do you understand better?
Also, don’t buy your tickets on that website, “viagogo”. You’re paying double price with this website, and there are still a lot of tickets available. I understand you have some issues with the Credit Card payment. Apparently FNAC doesn’t allow debit card..There are other website that sell tickets. I’m making an update on the article, have a look above.

  42. ChanX

owhhhhh i dooo understand abit but m still a lil bit hmmm with the CAT2 ;s

-so basically the debout and non numerote will be on the green section as shown ryte?

-My assumption was that the debout aka the pit will be infront more nearer to the stage whereas the non numerote will be slightly far from the stage which is at the back of the section for the pit is it?:o

-i only see NON NUMEROTE at CAT2 so meaning to say the pit one already sold out ?:s

-was there suppose to be Cat2 – debout there?:o

-which one is better non numerote cat2 or gradin cat 1?:o

owhh owh owhhhhh now i get it hehe well slightly :s i still m unsure abt the CAT2, so meaning to say the the whole green section is CAT2 right ?:o both debout and non numerrote are in the same section is it ??:o so the debout section will be in the front while the non numerote is slightly behind the debout section but still in the green section ?:O

There’s no debout cat 2 in fnac tickets X((( only non numerote :S whats that supposed to mean ?i wnaa standdd in the pit actually ;((( and wnaa see upfront :s  hopeee u can confirrrmmm to me asappp mr Marty :'(((

I don’t know anything about it, but I think they’ll be there for both days. I let you know if I hear anything about it, but I’m pretty sure the line-up is the same for both days.

  46. Marty M.

    October 28, 2011 at 5:40 am

    Allright, here I come 😉
    Cat 2
    – “Debout” means the pit, that’s the green part on the picture for the whole floor section.
    –  but you can also take a sit, only it is “non numéroté” meaning: first come, first served. That is still the green section, in front of the stage.

    Cat 1
    – “Balcon” means balcony. It is on the red part, and at the very top of the bleachers (I’m not sure these are good seats, they seem far for the stage)
    – “gradins” means bleachers. That is the red part on the picture.

    Cat 3
Same as Cat 1 but it is the yellow section beside the stage. You will see the back of the performers once they start moving on the poll.

The best seats are definitely cat 1 “gradins”, or the pit ( cat 2 – debout) but you’ll have to be there early to be close enough.

Hope I was able to help in time.

Hey Marty, just wanted to say thank you for all your help on this one.
I got my tickets (all of them! lol) and we went with cat. 1 for the 8th and pit for the 9th. I liked your plan ;pFlight and hotel’s also booked now so February and SHINee really can’t come quick enough! PS. If SHINee has a “change in schedule” or something I might have to kill someone >_______< /is broke nowBut thank you!^^ I'll be keeping my eye on this post still though. I assume you'll post any changes a long the way?

In answer to some of your questions: The tickets will be on sale at 10am Paris time today, for both days. I don’t know anything about tickets limits, the last time some people were buying like 40 of them…
Concerning accomodations, you might want to look at this website:
Try to book your hostel as quickly as possible.

    October 25, 2011 at 9:10 am

There’s both an Ibis and Etap, I think it was, a couple of km (1,9 or something) south of the venue along the river. Not sure about vacancies though, just browsed past them in my own search for accommodations^^

  64. fizzyfuzz

Does anyone know the ticket limit per order for this event??? I tried googling it and scan through the fnactickets site, but found nothing. I’m trying to order 3 tickets tomorrow and the though about ticket limits just hit me :S I know that for SM Town in NY they had 8 tickets per order.
    *I’m new at this* haha.

  65. mhn7700

    October 25, 2011 at 12:24 am

If you see this before tickets go up, do you know if it will be possible to buy tickets for both days in one order? Or will I have to start over after one day’s tickets?
If I can only get for one day pr. order, I should prioritize because if getting through is a hassle I might end up with tickets for just one day. So which day… And which tickets..!

As soon as I get my tickets, I will be looking for into that. I’ll let you know if I find anything convenient.
Concerning the trip, trains and airplanes are expensive. Try to look for the euroline bus. It is the cheapest way to get to Paris, even though the trip is longer and uncomfortable.

Thank you so much for clairfying that for me!!!! I hope I can get a debout ticket then! 😀

Yeah I know! I’m really really excited about this. Have always wanted to attend K-pop concerts, but haven’t been able too. Hope for many more kpop concerts in europe in the future! (Especially SS4!! Hahaha)

I was there by midday on SM Town in Paris and a lot of TV crew were filming and interviewing fans. It lasted the whole afternoon until the concert. On the Music Bank In Tokyo, we can see the same day footage of fans being asked questions about Hallyu, and then, there is the concert at night time. I figure that it would be the same for this one. But I can’t be sure. We’ll have to wait until next tuesday to find out. As soon as I get my tickets, I’ll make an update on whatever I can learn for the tickets^^ At least we’ll know at what time it is going to start.

The pit means the floor area with no seating where you can just move around to stand where you want. It’s what’s called Cat. 2 (debout) on the picture above^^

And wow, your first concert ever! Well, great way to debut 😀 I think I can guarantee it won’t be your last kpop show – if they ever come back of course! ;b

I’m planning on going to this concert, if I get a ticket will say 😛 But the “pit” thing you guys are talking about…what is that? Since this is my first time ever attending a concert, a kpop one too. 🙂

    October 19, 2011 at 6:03 pm

Do you know anything about what time of day it is? Most concerts are at night, but aren’t a lot of TV shooting done by day?

    October 19, 2011 at 5:09 am

I’m pretty sure it’s for one day only. Otherwise it would suddenly be on the cheaper side^^

does anyone know if the prises are for both dates or only one date?

The Music Bank in Tokyo was held on a wednesday night, and it was aired ten days later instead of the regular Music Bank. So I figure that the Music Bank in Paris will air on the 17 of February… but since it lasts two nights, the location is far… I’m not too sure about it.

    October 17, 2011 at 4:36 am

;DDD Nah, I kid 😛 It would be pretty difficult to overlook if they can sell out. Announcing it this far in advance should give most people a chance to arrange their schedule if possible, but still as far as KBS go they have to have taken in to consideration that it’s during the week, and that kpop fans aren’t as tightly packed over here as over there so it’s a big deal for most people to go.

But it would be freaking AMAZING if this could be the beginning of regular kpop concerts in Europe! Preferably a little more Central/North though…

By the way, do you know when this will be aired then??

    October 17, 2011 at 3:47 am

XD No I am not making money off of tickets sales^^ I am just worried that the Bercy won’t be filled on both nights, and that will make future advancements of Kpop in Europe very difficult. On the other hand, if the Bercy is sold-out, that would make headlines that no one could ignore! Especially on weekdays.
More than a concert, this is part of the future of Kpop in Europe that is on the balance. I’m just trying my best to make people realize it.

Wow, you just have all the great tips, huh! 😀 I hadn’t thought about using the 1st night to scope out the show but that’s a great idea. that would also give me an idea about where to stand in the pit.

By the way you’re not making money off of ticket sales, are you?? Cos you’re doing a great job convincing me to go both days instead of just the one I planned! ;P

Anyway, lots to think about. I’ll keep my eye out for your updates while I ponder~

    October 17, 2011 at 2:14 am

Well! This is exactly what I’m planning to do: cat 1 on the first day, pit on the second. That way, I will hear the music much better on the first night, get a feel with the program, and know what to look out for on the second night where the pit might be less crowded! Plus, the ending is always better on the last night.
I did it the other way for the SM Town concerts, and slightly regreted it, as the second night was much better.

    October 17, 2011 at 1:03 am

Honey, I will accommodate to whatever will get me to get the best view of Taemin! 😀 So thank you very much for the tips!

From your picture it looks like there will be a big difference between cat 1 front row seated and back row seated, so if I can’t choose my seat maybe I should do pit for sure one day and then try for seats the other, and just hope I get a close one…
Or just pit both days since that way I can get frontal cams and not only sideways!

LOL I’m talking like it’s already decided I will go both days 😀 Oi… So expensive, what do do, what to do….

And yes, I remember the mess part VERY well >.< That's why I only went on the 10th because tix for the 11th very just IMPOSSIBLE :/

  85. Marty M.

    October 17, 2011 at 12:35 am

You probably got your SM Town tickets from Livenation. If you remember well, it was really a mess! I’m not surprises that livenation is part of the deal anymore. I don’t know if you can choose your seat or not, but I don’t think so.
The French aren’t too crazy about being in the pit. There will be more places available than for the SM Town, and I think it would be the same as the last time, meaning, you could still get within ten yards of the poll even when arriving late.

And, THIS IS IMPRTANT: I know for certain that about 80%ish of the French fans will rush on the wednesday night and are not planning on doing both shows. If you want to be sure to have some pit tickets or good seats, you may try to buy tickets for the thursday night first. That is, if you can accomodate your trip to come on the thursday night or on both shows.

ahhw man :c I really really REALLY wanna go! but I can’t because it’s not in the weekend and I have to go to school -o- stupid school :”c MAN!! like,, all my favorite groups are coming o-O so unfair..

  87. mhn7700

    October 16, 2011 at 2:47 am

Thanks for the pic, it helps a lot! But holy damn, that’s a big place! O__o lol The constant dilemma, I suppose. You want it big enough to get a ticket but not so big you can’t see anything OML
And I see, if they say we can expect 4-6 songs per group that should mean all groups both days… So maybe I should just go both days 😀 Besides draining my bank account completely it sure would optimize the chance of great cams.
I went to Paris, too for the 1st SMTown, but I was a bit peeved they didn’t just come out and say non-DSLRs are okay so we could’ve brought them openly. Maybe KBS will be more clear about their policy.

Hmm..and tickets only go out on fnac..I can’t remember where I got the SMTown ticket, but if you choose cat 1 or 2, seated, do you know if you can choose the seat yourself?
Last time I was in the pit, but we queued for 7 hours in summer rain for that one. 7 hours on February? D:
But do you know how many pit tickets there will be? In Paris we could’ve walked in at the last minute and still gotten right up close where we were, there were so much room because the front people were squishing so much.

    Thanks again^^

A new update has been made concerning the length and the program of the show. Plus, I’ve added a picture of Bercy with the different categories to give you a clearer idea of which is better!

No worries 😉 Below the article’s title, there is my name: Marty M. I am the one in charge of the articles and the updates. Feel free to ask any questions you may have, I will answer as many as possible. Little minus, as you can see, I made a second update, meaning information are provided very slowly… I don’t know yet for the cameras but I remember people having them for the SM Town in Paris. I figure, if they are just regular size, it’s not a problem.
I havent got confirmation, but I’m pretty sure every artist will perform on the two days.

To be honest, due to the prices and the week days dilemma, a lot of French fans will miss out on this event. I sincerely hope that “we” Europeans will be able to fill Bercy twice, otherwise, it might get difficult to have new Kpop concerts in the near future. The prices and the dates are a bother for everyone, but bear in mind how important this event is and how worthy it will be. I was there for both SM Town concerts and it was simply amazing and unforgettable.

OMG I really really wanna go!! but I only can go if it’s on friday or the weekend,, or else my parents won’y let me go xC !! people who have the same problem as me ,, please,, let’s do something ,, because maybe then ,, they will changes dates! :0

    October 15, 2011 at 3:53 am

Hmmmm…..yeah, that’s what I was worried about. Damn, and I thought the cams from the back of Zenith looked plenty far away!
    I guess it’s pit or expensive then…
Wait, suddenly I have a million more questions. Do you know anything about how long the show is supposed to last? Is it the same show both days? Or will they announce which artists will be on what day? I really don’t wanna fly all the way to France to miss SHINee -_______-
And I don’t suppose cameras will be allowed…?
Sorry, if you’re not the one to ‘bother’ with all these questions :/ Feel free to redirect me as long as it’s not to people who speak only French or Korean >.<

  92. Marty M.

    October 15, 2011 at 3:37 am

Bercy accomodates up to 18,000 persons while Zenith only 7,000. I’ve never been there myself, but the ones who had all said the same thing: “when you’re at the back, you don’t see anything”…

  93. mhn7700

    October 15, 2011 at 2:17 am

Does anybody know how big this is compared to Zenith? I mean, can you even see people if you’re in the seated green area??
Wow, and you still have to pay 70E for seat practically behind the stage?! >__<

    October 15, 2011 at 12:21 am

A modification has been made in the seating arrengements.

Apparently, unless you are on the sides, anything but cat 3 is good. The Pit will be quite vast as well, so it really depends on where you stand. It’s really hard to say which one is better, but I can assure you that being on cat 3 isn’t a good deal… even though it is much cheaper.

Yes, I am in contact with Soompi France, and I also keep an eye on the Bercy website. As soon as ticket information will be available, I will make an uptade on the article. I will notify it on the HelloKpop official facebook page.
In the meantime, I can already assure you that there will be tickets available, espacially on the thursday night, as most of French Fans will rush on the wednesday. You shall also not buy any ticket that isn’t being sold by Fnac or Livenation.
In case you are also using Disqus, which notifies you when a comment is being posted on this page, I will post a comment here as well. All we have to do now, is to wait patiently 😉

  108. Marty M

There are no informations available for tickets yet. We have to wait until Soompi France releases a statement. I’m pretty sure it will work just like the SM Town in Paris concert. Meaning: tickets will only be available on two sites: Fnac and Livenation.
I’m not sure about the prices, but it would probably be similar as well : 50 euros or so for a standing ticket.
