Song Joong Ki To Leave Blossom Entertainment After 7 Years
The last day of 2019 will see a new beginning for Song Joong Ki
Since signing up for Blossom Entertainment seven years ago, Song Joong Ki has continuously risen to prominence with memorable projects.
Moving forward to his new endeavors, the actor decided not to re-sign with the company. The long-time partnership concludes as the actor goals for a solo route after his contract ends on December 31.
Blossom Entertainment confirmed the report from local media stating that he is expected to join kakaoM, who is keen on recruiting actors.
Debuted in 2008 film A Frozen Flower with a minor role, Song continued his acting path with lingering impressions in dramas Will It Snow For Christmas, Triple and OB/GYN.
Under Blossom Entertainment, Song starred in highly-popular drama and film projects including Descendants of the Sun, The Battleship Island and Arthdal Chronicles.
His other notable career works include A Werewolf Boy, Innocent Man, Hearty Paws 2 and Sungkyunkwan Scandal to name a few.
This year, the reel-turned-real life celebrated marriage of the actor to Song Hye Kyo unfortunately ended. It created huge buzz among fans who rooted for their romance.
In the coming 2020, Song heads to a busy schedule to promote his latest film Victory with Kim Tae Ri.
