Supernova’s Geonil To Join The Army This April

It’s time to bid farewell to Supernova’s Geonil as he is set to enlist in the army this month!

 

According to the group’s official Japanese homepage on April 4, Geonil will be entering a training center in Nonsan, Chungcheongnam-do on April 26.

A representative from Supernova’s label later on confirmed the news regarding Geonil’s enlistment, saying: “Geonil will be serving as an active soldier in the military. The remaining four members (Sungje, Kwangsoo, Sungmo, and Jihyuk) will also be joining the army this year.”

Supernova made its debut in 2007 with the title track Hit. The group has since been actively promoting in Japan, and enjoying increasing popularity as one of top Hallyu idols.
