TWICE To Gift Fans With Pre-release Track “CRY FOR ME”

Asia’s top girl group TWICE will be gifting fans with a very special present. The nonet recently took to social media to announce that their latest track “CRY FOR ME” will be dropped soon as a pre-release.

On December 6, TWICE delighted viewers as they revealed the song for the first time at the 2020 Mnet Asian Music Awards.

Though sans Jeongyeon, who’s currently taking a temporary break to focus on her health, Jihyo, Nayeon, Momo, Sana, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu delivered an exceptional stage. Soon after their surprise performance, “CRY FOR ME” trended on Melon and NAVER Real-Time Search at #1. Fans around the world also began requesting for the song’s official release.

Aside from performing “CRY FOR ME” at the said awards ceremony, the nonet also showed a captivating number for their 2020 hit tracks “More & More” and “I Can’t Stop Me”.

Overall, TWICE bagged a total of two trophies at the 2020 MAMA. The girls specifically took home The Most Popular Artist, and Worldwide Fans’ Choice Top 10 awards.
