Viu And Discovery Channel Announce First Content Collaboration

Starting August 9, reality travelogue No Sleep No FOMO is available on Discovery Channel. Subscribers of Discovery Channel and Discovery Asia from Brunei, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macau, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam, can be able to enjoy the program.
No Sleep No FOMO, is an 8-episode reality travelogue featuring the hottest Asian celebrities and social media influencers conquering popular destinations. Completing 60 missions within within 60 hours without sleep in different cities is what makes the travelogue exciting.
Joining the host, Singapore’s entertainment veteran Paul Foster, are famous South Korean celebrities and influencers. From South Korea, co-hosts are, Running Man’s Sparta, Kim Jong Kook and singer-songwriter Eric Nam. Furthermore, former U-kiss members Kevin Woo and Alexander Lee Eusebio, joins the cast.
Other members are social media stars Hana Tam, Benjamin Kheng, Nat Ho, Laureen Uy, and Taya Rogers. Together they reach a remarkable fan base of more than 12 million social media followers.
Using the hastags, #ViuNoSleepNoFomo and #ViuEngage fans can influence the course of the celebrities’ adventures by interacting on their social media channels in real-time.
Take one of the plots in the series as an example, the celebrities were required to become wedding crashers. They followed tips provided by fans on social media and got an invitation to a Malay wedding finally.
