By  |

Poignant emotional scenes propel the popularity of When The Camellia Blooms and Park Ji Hoon for the fifth of October.

Covering October 25 to November 3, the released data from Good Data Corporation reflects a lively trend on the currently airing Fall Korean Dramas. Amazingly, the young actors are garnering praises and love for their performances.

As the plot thickens in KBS2 drama When the Camellia Blooms, it re-captured the first place of the drama ranking from MBC’s Extraordinary You. The latter has stayed at the top spot in the last three weeks before dropping a bit to the second spot.

Down to its last three weeks, the Gong Hyo Jin and Kang Ha Neul starrer has also achieved consistent double-digit ratings. For its October 30th episode, it notched its highest rating at 18.4% according to Nielsen Korea.

Meanwhile, MBC’s youth drama has moved to the second stretch of the series. Albeit, comments of weakening flow of the storyline, the solid portrayals of the main love triangle pushed them to enter the drama actor ranking.

Kim Ro Woon, Kim Hye Yoon and Lee Jae Wook are in 3rd, 5th and 8th places respectively.
