Continue to stay safe and healthy, Nation’s MC!

After undergoing self-quarantine for almost two weeks, the well-loved host and comedian Yoo Jae Suk will be finally resuming his activities today, August 5.

Earlier this week, his agency, Antenna, shared the delightful news. “Yoo Jae-suk received the final negative result as of today, August 3. Starting on August 5 with MBC’s How Do You Play? filming, he will officially resume his activities,” the agency said.

He previously tested negative for COVID-19 after one of the staff members of tvN’s You Quiz on the Block was diagnosed positive, he entered self-quarantine because he was classified as a close contact.

Later on, he was reclassified for “active observation.” As a precautionary measure, he canceled all his scheduled activities including the filming for You Quiz on the Block, Running Man, and How Do You Play? to ensure everyone’s safety.

In addition, the agency expressed its gratitude to all the viewers who showed support for their artist and thanked all the medical front-liners who continue to fight the COVID-19 pandemic.

We will continue to prioritize the health and safety of our artists and employees, thoroughly comply with the quarantine guidelines of the health authorities, and do our best in our future activities,” the agency concluded.
