Yoo Seung Ho Signs Exclusive Contract With YG Entertainment

The versatile actor is the latest to join the agency.

Yoo Seung Ho finds a new home as he signs an exclusive management contract with YG Entertainment. On March 2, the agency confirmed the news. Along with the announcement, they said, “We are delighted to be working with Yoo Seung Ho, who has been loved steadily for his solid acting and sincerity. Moreover, we will spare no effort to provide full support for him to showcase his full capabilities in various areas.”

The former child actor debuted in the 2000 TV drama Daddy Fish. He has since appeared in a number of films and dramas. In 2002, he made his film debut via the movie The Way Home. He took on roles in movies 4th Period Mystery Realm, Joseon Magician, and Seondal: The Man Who Sells the River.

Yoo Seung Ho’s drama credits include The Legend, Queen Seondeok, Master of Study and Flames of Desire. He also starred in Warrior Baek Dong-soo, Missing You and Remember. He solidified his male lead status in dramas The Emperor: Owner of the Mask, I’m Not a Robot, My Strange Hero and Memorist.

His latest TV project is the recently concluded Moonshine where he played Nam Young, a principled Joseon inspector.

YG Entertainment, through YG Stage, houses established actors such as Kim Hee Ae, Cha Seung Won, Choi Ji Woo, Jang Hyun Sung, Yoo In Na, Jung Hye Young and Kang Dong Won. As well as Claudia Kim, Lee Sung Kyoung, Jang Ki Yong, Lee Soo Hyuk, Gyong Su Jin, Han Seung Yeon, Seo Jeong Yeon and Apink’s Son Na Eun.
