“Youth MT” Introduces Teams “Itaewon Class,” “Love In The Moonlight,” And “The Sound Of Magic” Star In New Teaser
K-Drama fans are surely over the moon right now as the casts of three hit South Korean dramas come together for a new variety show called Youth MT!
An exciting retreat-themed variety show titled Youth MT will soon start gracing the small screens starring the casts of Itaewon Class, Sound of Magic, and Love in the Moonlight.
Just recently, TVING confirmed that some of the hottest and most talented actors in the industry will officially lead its newest variety offering. They all come from the dramas directed by PD Kim Sung Yoon.
Titled Youth MT, the program will feature the cast members going on an “MT” or membership training in which people hang out freely, play games, and take time to bond with one another.
As its name implies, Youth MT will also unleash the actors’ solid chemistry and variety of skills, while eating and doing activities together and having fun. It will also show the reunions of the drama cast members, who have worked together for several months to produce a quality drama.
Further raising fans’ excitement, TVING unveiled a fun and refreshing poster featuring the 15 cast members. Included are Itaewon Class’ Park Seo Joon, Ahn Bo Hyun, Kwon Nara, Ryu Kyung Soo, and Lee Joo Young, Love in the Moonlight’s Park Bo Gum, Kim Yoo Jung, Jung Jinyoung, Chae Soo Bin, and Kwak Dong Yeon, and Sound of Magic’s Ji Chang Wook, Choi Sung Eun, Hwang In Yeop, Ji Hye Won, and Kim Bo Yoon.
Vibrant and very appealing, the teaser can instantly lift up anyone’s mood, especially as the cast give their very bright smiles for the camera. The adorable doodles also added interest to the summer-themed poster.
The program’s production team commented, “It will be fun to watch how the actors, who were worried about their shyness, become closer from their first time meeting until the last day of the MT. We will do our best to portray the actors’ bright energy, so please show lots of interest and anticipation.”
Youth MT is set for premiere on September 9 on TVING.
