Lee Jong Suk Considers Taking Part In Action Film “Decibel”
Lee Jong Suk might just about to fill the huge void he left by making a grand onscreen return as he considers taking an important role in the film, Decibel.
After his recent military discharge, Lee Jong Suk is expected to be swamped with a number of offers. Indeed, his presence was greatly missed by fans and production people alike.
A-Man Project, Lee Jong Suk’s agency, revealed that the top-notch actor has received the offer to appear in the film, Decibel (working title). They further shared that he is carefully considering taking part in the project.
Production company, East Dream Synopex, confirmed last month the participation of actor Kim Rae Won in the movie. He is reported to take the lead role in the film.
Decibel’s Rough Plot Sketch
Decibel centers on security threat as its main theme. The story starts when a mysterious bomb was discovered at the heart of the city. The bomb apparently responds to sound, thus, heightening the danger around the area. This appears as a terror attack following an incident that occurred a year ago in a submarine. Some key figures from the government’s defense department and a journalist will work together to figure out how to stop and completely eradicate the threat that came with the discovery of the bomb.
PD Hwang In Ho, the man behind the films Spellbound (2011) and Monster (2014), will put his directing skills on Decibel.
Meanwhile, Lee Jong Suk has recently completed his military service and was discharged on January 2. As part of his duties, he rendered social service works. After confirming his special appearance in the movie The Witch 2, fans eagerly await for his full-fledge return on his onscreen activities.
